What happens if my product arrives damaged?In case of products that need to be returned you can find our policies below. We are always available via email and phone to discuss your concerns and come to an agreement on the best way forward.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
In case of damage to the packaging of the seafood please contact us and our delivery team will pick it up and bring you another undamaged product.
How do I return or exchange?
The purchased seafood can be exchanged for other products of the same cost or higher provided you can top up the difference in price. The product should be still sealed and not tampered with for it to be returnable. Products should be returned on the same day.
How and when will I be refunded?
We do not offer refunds for seafood once purchased. If however you are interested in something different you can pass by our premises and we may exchange it.

Our delivery team will notify you via phone once your order is ready and has been dispatched from our premises as well as when it has arrived. In case of delays the delivery personnel will inform you. If you may need to find our about the current status you can get in touch with us and we will inform you.
